Orders & Pre-Orders

Q: What does it mean to place a pre-order?
A: A pre-order means you’re reserving your product before it’s officially available. You’ll secure your kit now, and it will ship once inventory arrives. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page and during checkout.

Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?
A: Yes! You can cancel for a full refund anytime before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, it will fall under our Return Policy.

Q: How will I know when my pre-order ships?
A: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: When will my order ship?
A:

  • Pre-orders: Ship on or before the estimated ship date (listed on the product page).

  • In-stock items: Ship within 2–3 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we currently ship to select countries. Delivery estimates vary (7–21 business days) depending on location and customs clearance.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping promotions will be clearly marked.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts. For details, see our Refund Policy.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at support@horizonroboticslab.com with your order number, and we’ll provide instructions.

Courses & Kits

Q: How do I redeem my course access after purchasing a kit?
A: Each kit comes with a unique code and instructions. Simply go to our Course page, add your course to cart, enter your code as a discount code, and you’ll get access to your online course for free!

Q: Do I need any prior experience in robotics?
A: Not at all! Our kits and courses are designed for absolute beginners. We guide you step by step.

Q: What ages are your kits designed for?
A: Ages 12 and up. Younger students may also participate with adult supervision.

Payments & Security

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay installments.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure payment system. We never see or store your credit card details.
