1) Pre-Orders

All new released kits are pre-orders. Products will ship on or before the estimated ship date provided at checkout and on the product page.

Estimated dates are not guarantees. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.

Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order ships. After shipment, standard return policies apply.
2) Regular Orders (In-Stock Items)

Processing time: Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Domestic delivery: Standard shipping within the U.S. generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International delivery: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days depending on location and customs clearance.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
3) Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly indicated at checkout.
4) Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
5) Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Horizon Robotics Lab is not responsible for delays due to customs.
6) Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. Horizon Robotics Lab is not liable for delays caused by:

7) Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that once we hand the package to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
8) Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
