Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product has not yet shipped and will be delivered at or around the estimated timeframe provided.

  • Dates are estimates only and subject to change. Significant delays will be communicated via email.

  • You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before shipment. After shipment, pre-orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

Purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges are not included unless expressly stated.

Horizon Robotics Lab is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Horizon Robotics Lab. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Horizon Robotics Lab. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with us.
