We want you to love your purchase from Horizon Robotics Lab. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging with all parts and inserts. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Pre-Orders

  • Before shipment: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before you receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • After shipment: Your order is treated like a standard purchase and may be returned under the 30-day policy above.

  • Delays: Shipping dates are estimates and may change. Customers will be notified of significant delays.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@horizonroboticslab.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization, a return shipping label (if applicable), and instructions.

  3. Do not send items back without an approved Return Authorization—unapproved packages may be refused.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@horizonroboticslab.com immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products and redeemed course access (once a code is used or access is granted).

  • Gift cards.

  • Final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
